It’s GLOW time with the start of the race. This event is all about fun, so we don’t care if you walk, skip, or run.

Stick around at the Finish Line Festival for the live DJ, and custom 3d mapping light show from LED Orange.

What kind of race is this?
The fun kind! The race will be a measured and timed 5K, but we don’t care if you walk, run, dance, or skip your way through.
What are the deadlines?
The last day to register for the race online is Wednesday, February 28th, 2024. You can register in person during packet pick up or at the event until 6:30 pm. Come early to avoid the lines.
When can I pick up my race packet?

How much?
Runners age 16 and up are $45 with a t-shirt and $35 without. Runners ages 7 to 15 are $25 and $20 without. Participants ages 6 and under are free without a t-shirt. T-shirts sold the day of are $20. All proceeds go to support the men, women, and children at the Downtown Rescue Mission. This is our biggest annual fundraiser.

What’s the parking situation?
We will be kicking off from the Adtran campus, and there is plenty of parking. You must be parked before 7 pm as the roads will close to prepare for the race.
Can I just come for the party?
Absolutely! Come enjoy the DJ, light show, food trucks, photo booth, chalk art, photo ops, face painting, kids area, and more. Be sure to cheer on any friends you have running!
Do you need any volunteers?
Yes, we can always use more volunteers. This is a large annual event, and it takes a lot of people to make it happen. If you’d like to volunteer, please email volunteer@downtownrescuemission.org
Can I support family/friends as they run?
Yes!! We will have points along the race route for you to cheer on your family and friends! Bring signs and lights to make sure they can see you.
